Question: How often are the
various pages on GMS Techstreet.com updated?
Answer: Every day. However,
some sections are update weekly.
Question: Why doesn't my
password work?
Answer: Remember that
passwords are case-sensitive and must be entered with lower case
letters. If your password still does not work, your subscription may
have expired or there is a problem with billing. For questions,
e-mail us at subscriptions@gmstechstreet.com.
Question: The font size is
pretty big in my browser, and I'm not aware how to control it.
Answer: Your font size is
controlled by your browser options or preferences. Typically, you
can select the tools and/or options menu, and select "smaller"
or "bigger" font sizes at your preference. How your fonts
appear in your browser is not controlled by our site.
Question: Why do I have to
scroll to see some of the charts or commentary?
Answer: It is common to
standardize Web Sites at 800x600 video display. If you must scroll, you
are likely using the old VGA standard of 640x480. If you are using
Microsoft Windows, right-click on your desktop and select
"properties," then "settings," and change the
resolution appropriately.
Question: Sometimes charts or
linked graphics don't appear in my browser. What should I do?
Answer: Your Internet files
are "cached" for faster loading next time you select a page
you've been to before. Select "refresh" on your browser
menu to allow your browser to look for the newest file copy of the web
page you're viewing. If that doesn't work, go to "tools" and
"options" and clear temporary internet files and history,
allowing for a fresh download.
Question: Some pages or charts
don't print correctly or the margins are off.
Answer: Printing is also a
function of your browser or computer/printer settings. Try adjusting
page margins in your browser's "Page setup" or "Document
setup" menu selection, or go to your printer properties to check
margins and font download settings.
Question: I use AOL and your
pages don't appear optimally, or I cannot find the menu selections you
discuss above. Do I have to use an AOL browser?
Answer: No, you do not, and we
prefer that you use the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer, to
which our Site is optimized. Netscape will work, too, and either of these
choices are better than the AOL browser with respect to our Site and many
others on the Internet. If you do not have the latest version of
Microsoft or Netscape, use the following links:

Answer: Advertisements
and Inappropriate Behavior Not Allowed. Not only do standard
discussion group rules apply, but the quality of this board is highly
dependent upon the degree to which participants respect each other.
Advertisements and belligerent or otherwise inappropriate posts are not
allowed and will be deleted by the systems operator at his or her
discretion. Generally, the rule of thumb is that an address referring to a
Web article relevant to the discussion underway may be allowed by the
systems operator if it is deemed relevant, but advertising or aggressive
links to other Web sites have in the past been deleted and this will
continue to be our policy in the future. Contact our
