TERMS OF SERVICE AND SUBSCRIPTION/CANCELLATION POLICY

PAYMENT & SERVICES.
By pressing the "submit" button on any Global Market Strategists, Inc. order form, or by calling or e-mailing in any purchase order, you agree to all terms in this Terms of Service agreement, including to pay Global Market Strategists, Inc., dba SuperCycle Research ("GMS"), the charges for your use of its products and/or services ("Services"), and by using a valid credit card, you authorize GMS to charge your credit card, plus any applicable taxes, in accordance with the billing terms and prices in effect at the time the fee or charge becomes payable. You authorize GMS to automatically bill the charge card or withdraw funds via electronic transfer from your checking account (depending on what type of charge or debit card you provide each month) at the subscription rate in effect at the time of billing until you cancel the Services. Payments are billed in advance of the of the applicable billing period, typically five business days before the end of your billing period, and appear on your bank statement as SuperCycle Research. All payments are completely non-refundable, but you may issue GMS a nonrenew order for the Services at any time according to terms of cancellation policy by e-mailing subscriptions@gmstechstreet.com, or by writing to P.O. Box 30278, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, 33420. If you non-renew, GMS will not refund any remaining portion of your subscription fees, including any minimum commitments, already billed to your account, but your subscription will be valid until the end of the period for which you've already paid. You agree to provide GMS with a valid credit card and accurate, complete and updated information required by the subscription registration form during the life of your subscription. Failure to comply may result in the immediate termination of Services, and you would then be required to submit alternate forms of payment for Services already received and to be received in the future.

GMS will assess an additional 1.5% (or the highest amount allowed by law, whichever is lower) per month late charge if your payment is more than 10 days past due. That amount is also due immediately. You are responsible and liable for any fees, including attorney and collection fees, that GMS may incur in its efforts to collect any remaining balances from you. You also agree that you will be billed for and will pay any outstanding balances if you cancel the Services, or the Services are terminated. You agree to notify GMS about any billing problems or discrepancies within 30 days after they first appear on your account statement. If you do not bring them to GMS's attention within 30 days, you agree that you waive your right to dispute such problems or discrepancies.

While GMS strives for the utmost in the accuracy of its research, quotes, information, under no circumstances will GMS be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, any incorrect quotes, charts, information, or typographical errors, or for the inaccuracy of any forecast or recommendation.  GMS Services are for educational purposes and is not intended to be, nor should be construed as, investment advice or an inducement to trade.  Commodity, securities, and options trading involves risk of loss.  Neither GMS nor its analysts, employees, or contracts, are liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content provided as part of the Service. You understand that any trading results advertised or reported by GMS are hypothetical and not based on an actual trading account. You also acknowledge receipt of our Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understand them. 2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel automatic credit card billing to the Services to which you subscribe by contacting GMS as described in Paragraph 1, Payment and Services, but GMS must receive such notification that you wish automatic billing of your subscription to terminate no later than five (5) business days before the end of your billing period.   Upon processing your charge, the bank immediately charges GMS a non-refundable credit card processing fee, as well as for any credits to your account, and therefore you will not receive any refund or partial refund for any charges already billed to your account. A cancellation fee of 6% may apply in some cases.  You understand and agree that cancellation of your subscription is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with GMS.

3. Responsibility for Passwords and Acknowledgement of Copyright and Licensing Rights
You are responsible for the confidentiality and the use of user ID and password, and the information accessed or otherwise received from Global Market Strategists, Inc. in any form, including directly on GMSTechStreet.com.  You agree to prevent others from obtaining or otherwise using your user ID or password, and that your user ID and password are for your exclusive use only.  You agree that, in the event another person or entity acquires your password, to notify Global Market Strategists, Inc., immediately for the assignment of a new user ID and password. You agree that Global Market Strategists, Inc., retains all copyrights, ownership, and rights to Services and all material it publishes, and is protected by the copyright laws of the United States of America and international law. You agree that you will not under any circumstances distribute copies of Services, or any published GMS material, in any way or in any format, including electronic, disk, or hard copy, without expressed written permission.  You acknowledge that you are the only person licensed for use of Services, and that GMS reserves the right to determine whether your password is being used by parties other than you or if you are accessing the services from multiple IP's.  You understand that failure to protect your password or to allow others to use it to gain access to our Services, or illegally distributing Services without the expressed written permission of GMS, is grounds for termination of your access with no refund.  Licensing and pricing are available for use by multiple users in your company or at your place of business.
